The gift voucher will be available as a printable PDF. We do not post physical gift vouchers. You can choose to have it emailed directly to the recipient, or to your own email address.
Gift voucher does not expire. The gift voucher is not transferable for cash.
Gift voucher may be used on any Sarah Matsuda product, including prints, original paintings or drawings, or a commissioned portrait.
Discounts do not apply to gift voucher purchase, however you can use your gift voucher with other offers and on sale items.
Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed on the one purchase.
If your purchase is less than the full value of the gift voucher, you can use the remaining balance next time you shop with us.
Gift vouchers are not returnable.
